I had thought about doing one of these for a longer haul tow rig. I thought of running a 9 speed manual trans, DT466 or 6.7 Cummins and running 19.5's because I like more sidewall than most others. Put a western hauler type bed on it, keep a longer frame so I can put an aux fuel tank or toolbox up top or something. Idk, crazy J.C type of thought process I had. Oh, and Air ride the rear end. Like an International ProStar air ride or medium duty air ride. Shoot idk, possibilities are endless!

looks like the rear track bar needs adjusting, air bags are not straight.

Jesse, i think you should have placed the panhard bar mount on the axle more standing up so the bar would be more horizontal, or parallel to the axle tube.

I enjoyed the video and trying to find a small enclosed goose neck trailer for my f150. The reason is where I use to work my boss let me borrow his short bed truck with a goose neck trailer to haul a skid steer to my house. The skid steer was very heavy but with the goose neck trailer it pulled great but you could feel all the weight pushing when you tried to stop. I would love to have an enclosed small goose neck trailer because it puts the weight just forward of the rear axle and distributes some weight to the front axle. So far I haven’t found anything,that’s why I’m here getting some ideas. Great video!

I am pretty sure your shop floor will never rust ,???? even down in Florida, all kidding aside a Cummins swap will make it a valuable truck even when you are done with it .....

That is why I’m saying you take the four-wheel-drive welding rig that has all the bad body panels and paint job and swap the two and make one good clean looking welding truck four-wheel-drive pull the four-wheel-drive set up the motor all that out of the other truck and put it in this one

That sucks that would be the most easiest truck to turn into a 4 x 4 and would be the ultimate welding rig specially with a Cummins

Swap the welding bed to it the motor and trance and entering into a four-wheel-drive Cummins better body

You want a dt466 motor and a Eaton r13 trans. Keep it international. Your gonna ruin it putting a cummy in there. I'm sure it's a 345 gasser in it

12 Valve. The body is in good shape which is a plus on that dually. "Liquid wrench" works every time.
